This lecture course provides the overview of the biohealthcare industry, facilitates discussion on the perspective of strategic planning, R&D and management of related technology elements, and encourages practical learning from representative business cases.

Each industry topic has two classes. The part 1 provides the overview and dynamics of the industry of topic to nurture basic understanding and to discuss current issues and perspectives. The part 2 consists of a case study on firms of interest or a guest lecture by industry experts to discuss implications from the MOT and innovation management viewpoints.
