This course focuses on intellectual property rights and standardization management lead to the success of new business and the enforcement of business competitiveness.
The course specially enables students to understand standardization strategy including standardization as a business strategy, corporate management and standards.
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
1) Understand basic knowledge of standardization, the importance of standardization in business and the relation between standards and patents.
2) Acquire ability to use standardization as a startegic tool in the innovation process.
