The aim of this course is to help students acquire an understanding of the basic concepts and principles of qualitative research and their topics, especially, life worth living, religious faith and sense of values. Therefore, students will read textbooks and articles on life history, have discussions and conduct fieldwork.
At the end of this course, students will be able to:
1) Obtain basic knowledge about qualitative research.
2) Conduct a small fieldwork.
3) Write a paper.

Student will read textbooks and articles on life history and have discussions on the week's subject. Fieldwork is also to be conducted in the class.
