This course focuses on responses and its mechanisms in skeletal muscle after various stimulations (exercise, aging).
Students will be able to explain the significance of the adaptation of skeletal muscle and this age-related changes (sarcopenia)
skeletal muscle, physiology, biochemistry, aging
✔ Specialist skills | Intercultural skills | Communication skills | ✔ Critical thinking skills | ✔ Practical and/or problem-solving skills |
The class is mainly lecture, while students measure their own circulation in non-invasive manner and analyze the data in some classes.
Attendance is taken in every class.
