Course description and aims

On the basis of individual research and outcome, students will have an opportunity to present their own research in international conferences and/or international workshops. They can obtain updated information of related research fields and evaluate the level of their own research and English presentational and discussion ability.

Student learning outcomes

Students will be able to evaluate the level of their own research and ability, thereby feeding it back to their research activities.

Class flow

1. Approval of the presentation plan by supervisor and department head
2. Take part in international meetings (about one week). Students can additionally visit the related organizations
3. Presentation at GEDES student workshop
4. Submission of the report to supervisor
