Sustainable energies have played a more important role in terms of energy generation and environmental protection. In this course, you will learn biomass energy including model simulations of available water for biomass cultivation and prospective power generation as well as social and environmental disadvantages of sustainable energies. After discussion with teammates, you will present the diffusion strategy of biomass power. You are expected to improve your discussion and presentation skills.
You will learn basic model simulation and experience the advantages and limitations of a model simulation. You will also learn the inevitable socio-environmental limitations of sustainable energies. You will train your English communication and discussion skills in the discussion on the diffusion strategy of biomass energy in comparison with solar energy.
