Course description and aims

This course aims to strengthen engineering students' knowledge and create an interactive learning environment to develop the necessary leadership and management skills in science and engineering in the era of globalization.

Student learning outcomes

By the end of this course, students will be able to:
1) Understand the principle of leadership and to gain the basic skills to exercise it
2) Understand the principle of management and to gain the basic skills to exercise it
3) Understand the difference between leadership skills and management skills and to gain the basic knowledge to exercise each of them flexibly depending not only on the student's perspective but also taking into account the view point of others related to the issue.
