Course description and aims

Among the various issues concerning environmental preservation, this course focuses on revegetation technologies, environmental impact of effluent and global environment, and covers their mechanisms and preservation policies.
The aims of this course are to learn the fundamental knowledge of environmental preservation, and to develop the ability to apply this knowledge to architectural design and urban planning.

Student learning outcomes

At the end of this course, students will be able to:
1) Explain the mechanisms of revegetation technologies, environmental impact of effluent and global environment.
2) Make a basic design of architecture in consideration of environmental preservation.

Class flow

Intensive course. Towards the end of a class, students are given exercise problems related to what is taught on that day to solve.
