This course focuses on the relationship between air conditioning systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, and energy supply systems and the environment, taking account of research trends in environmental engineering and building services.
The aim of this course is to learn the fundamental knowledge for application of environment and energy conservation methods to architectural design.
At the end of this course, students will be able to:
1) Explain the mechanisms of environment and energy conservation methods.
2) Debate about environment and energy conservation in architectural design.
Environmantal engineering, Building services, Environment and energy conservation methods
✔ Specialist skills | ✔ Intercultural skills | ✔ Communication skills | Critical thinking skills | Practical and/or problem-solving skills |
Students select different projects of environment and energy conservation concerning environmental engineering or building services. Students research the mechanisms, overseas trends, and latest domestic trends of their methods and present them.
