This course focuses on the relationship between historic city and its landscape.
At the end of the course, students will be able to:
1.Explain idea of city planning from the standpoint of landscape.
2.Explain the variety and meaning of the framework of city planning from the historical perspective.

This class meets once a week. Some ideological experiments without advance knowledge are done at times to deepen the understanding about the concept of city.
