This course discusses the possibility of remodeling our Ookayama campus from the standpoint of the social significance of existence of university or college.
At the end of the course, students will be able to:
1.Explain the various meaning of open space in the city.
2.Explain the possibility and problems to open school for the society.
3.Have an understanding of vocabulary for designing open space.
4.Understand the process of visualizing ideas through group discussion.

This class meets once a week. Students are given exercise problems which precede Landscape Design Studio Ⅱ. Group discussion, sketch and presentation are required at times.
