Course description and aims

Business law is a practical learning area involving many legal fields from enterprise establishment to growth expansion, IPO, Closing. Especially in recent years, the legal system and practice in competitive fields such as venture creation, financing, M & A, intellectual property, overseas expansion, etc. are gaining attention as an important area. In this semester, we will concentrate on intellectual property law and its management area. The lecture time was from 4:50 pm to 8 pm, so temporaly students were set up for easy time to participate. Furthermore, in order to advance the lecture by 2 units each time in the following schedule, we made it possible to attend in a short period of time.
I would like to think together with you about the meaning and practical use of incorporating the use of intellectual property in strengthening the competitiveness of companies that start their own businesses.

Student learning outcomes

Deepen understanding of intellectual property related laws and intellectual property management deeply related to strengthening the competitiveness of companies. When the student who took this lecture actually starts up, the goal is to be able to take effective action with knowledge on intellectual property law.
