This lecture will be conducted on how to calculate phase equilbrium using equation of state or activity coefficient model.

Class 2 Equation of state: van der Walls type equation of state To explain van der Walls type equation of state.
Class 3 Equation of state: virial type equation of state and corresponding state principle To explain virial type equation of state and corresponding state principle.
Class 4 Activity coefficient model: Regular solution theory To explain activity coefficient model based on regular solution theory.
Class 5 Activity coefficient model: local composition theory To explain activity coefficient model based on local composition theory.
Class 6 Modeling of vapor-liquid equilibrium To make a theoretical model of vapor-liquid equilibrium.
Class 7 Modeling of liquid-liquid equilibrium To make a theoretical model of liquid-liquid equilibria.
Class 8 Modeling of solid-liquid equilibrium To make a theoretical model of solid-liquid equilibria.

Score evaluation will be conducted by confirming the level of understanding estimation method of phase equilibrium(80%)and class participation (20%)
