Course description and aims

This class offers the basic knowledge of thermodynamics, chemical reaction engineering and energy system.
Principles of next generation solar cells and design of distributed energy system
Basic equations for reactor design and its application
Solid phase diagram and its application
 

Student learning outcomes

By the end of this course, students will be able to understand:
1) Perspective of next generation solar cells and distributed energy system
2) Reactor types and their design equations
3) Solid phase diagram, invariant reaction and compound formation based on the phase diagram
