In this lecture, students will learn about catalytic reaction processes and membrane separation processes. For each topic, find the problems and understand their solutions, based on the basic theories of chemical engineering. Especially, learn the evaluation method for solid catalyst using reaction engineering theory and the basics for membrane separation process in water treatment. Finally, from the oil refining and petrochemical process, overview the whole of chemical engineering processes, composing of heating, mixing, separation and reaction processes.
Students will deeply understand the catalytic reaction engineering and separation engineering. Overview the whole of chemical processes and learn the organic linkage of the chemical processes, composing of many unit operations.
