[Summary of the lecture] In this lecture and Advanced Course of Polymer Chemistry A (CAP.P467) in 3Q, the fundamentals of polymer syntheses, polymer reactions, polymeric materials, and functional polymers will be explained in English. In addition, some of recently advanced subjects in the related fields are introduced.
[Aim of the lecture] Students understand the synthetic methods of target polymers and the functions of synthetic polymers.
By the end of this course, students acquire the following ability:
(1) Ability to explain the fundamentals of polymer syntheses, polymer reactions, and functional polymers.
(2) Ability to explain the synthetic methods of target polymers.
(3) Ability to explain the functions of synthetic polymers.
polymer synthesis, polymer reactions, functional polymers, characterization, polymer assembly, material science.
