Course description and aims

Aimed at doctoral program students, students will learn sophisticated and rational thinking skills as well as discussion skills through reading advanced literature on their specializations, and discussions with instructors, in the research lab of each instructor.

Student learning outcomes

Students will also receive more advanced, practical guidance on selecting their own research topic and adjusting their direction, on conducting independent research, and on writing papers and publishing research.
