Distinguished researchers in life sciences or outstandingly active researchers, Kazuhiko Kume (Nagoya), Hiroshi Shimizu (Saudi Arabia) and Masayuki Hatta (Tokyo) in various fields such as chronobiology, genetics, developmental biology, evolutionary biology and clinical medicine give introductory and detailed lectures of the latest research frontiers.
By the end of this course, students will able to:
1) Get a basic knowledge about frontiers or topics in computational life sciences or technology.
2) Acquire practical knowledge to help further research.
3) Enhance the qualifications and abilities of the Γ(gamma)-type specialist.

This course is an intensive course, and three classes are given.
In each class, two 2 credit lectures in succession are conducted by adjunct lectures, specialists in clinical medicine, physiology, genetics followed by 1 credit hour discussion among students with the lecture on current topics and concrete problems.
