Course description and aims

This course facilitates students' understandings of corporate transformation.
Firstly, the concept and real examples of corporate transformation will be presented. Secondly, the course will focus on three topics. These are -Business model, Value creation, and Work style. The students will be asked to read three research papers (one for each topic) and make an in-class presentation for each paper.
