Course description and aims

This course provides a chance to tackle practical problems in companies by applying their knowledge/skills in Industrial Engineering and Economics.

Students will understand usefulness of theories and techniques in Industrial Engineering and Economics through the application to real-world problems.

Students will be able to have an experience of problem solving in real working conditions.

Work as an intern at a company.
Paid internships are exempt from this credit.
Student must consult the department chair in advance.
Student must follow university-prescribed procedures on internship contract, most importantly to sign an internship agreement prior to the start.
