Course description and aims

This course provides talks about applications of industrial engineering and economics by lecturers from various organizations. The topics cover product development management, R&D, overseas advance, personnel management, sales management financial engineering and so forth, in various organizations such as manufacturing, service industry, financial sector and public sector.

This course facilitates students' understanding of industrial engineering and economics skills as well as their development of a strategic vision for their in career plan.

By the end of this course, students will be able to explain the importance of management skills.
