This course focuses on the information technology, the system operation, the legal system which need building of informative communication society, and how it's developed the actual IT project a government conducts. The course topics are encryption technology, network security, information technology and ICT policy in our country and so on.
This course facilitates students’ understanding of how ICT technologies has been used in the real world and the growth of a telecommunications engineer in the ICT field.
By the end of this course, students will be able to:
1) Acquire knowledge related to the information systems systematically.
2) Understand the practical use and application of the social information sysytem and ｆuture issues.

To enhance effective learning, students are encouraged to spend approximately 100 minutes preparing for class and another 100 minutes reviewing class content afterwards (including assignments) for each class.
They should do so by referring to textbooks and other course material.

Students will be assessed on their understanding of the information systems, the current situation and the present issues of IT.
Students’ course scores are based on class reports, mini tests and final reports.
