Course description and aims

This course conducts attending seminars, making reports, and trial lessons.
This course aims to acquire the basic teaching ability for educational activity in higher education institutions such as universities.

Class flow

Firstly, please study the teaching technique through the booklet and video in the web site of Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning (CITL), Tokyo Tech (https://www.citl.titech.ac.jp/en/). Secondly, set a subject, make a syllabus, and give a mock lesson to your colleagues in your lab. After that, please prepare a simple report on points of making syllabus and planning/conducting a class, upload in OCW-i system by the end of the exam period of the registered quarter. On the details, please ask your supervisor prior to your application to this course.
