A specially appointed faculty member seconded from a company to the university gives a lecture on examples from research and development in a company to commercialization of developed products. They Introduce business issues such as business model construction and grade strategy, which stand in the way of connecting research to business profits, with actual experience. Through lectures, we will provide opportunities for students to reconsider their current research and future career paths from a broader perspective, and support career setting. In addition, by providing opportunities for students to actively participate in discussions, students will be able to realize the importance of communication and develop the ability to ask questions accurately.
Learn that companies and universities have common and different values for R & D, and develop the ability to observe the world widely and use it for their own future design. Develop flexibility and anticipation so that you will not be conservative without sticking to values based solely on your own experience when you have ideas and opinions from a different perspective. Understand that communication with different positions and ways of thinking is important in career development.
