Course description and aims

This course provides the basic knowledge of corporate finance that enables new business creation. The goal is to be able to present cash flow projections and capital policy ideas along with a business plan to an angel investor or venture capitalist.

Student learning outcomes

The goal of this course is to have the basic knowledge of corporate finance. Students can take the effective actions about corporate finance as entrepreneurs.
