Course description and aims
Learn the skills of international project management (time management, cost management, risk and procurement management., project contracts, international qualifications and business communication) through an exercise in an assumed international project.
Student learning outcomes
After studying this subject, the students should be able to acquire the basic skills of project management through an exercise.
