Course description and aims
International academic exchange is important in the field of Earth and planetary sciences. Graduates of Dept. of Earth and Planetary Sciences are expected to transmit their research results to the world as researchers and work on a world scale as engineers. For these purposes, it is indispensable to develop communication skills in English. In this course, students will make and carry out a plan for the development of their English skills by themselves. International students who are already fluent in English can earn credit by studying academic Japanese.

Class flow
Students who want to enroll the course should contact the instructor before course registration. Submit a learning proposal to the instructor before you start learning activities, and submit an activity report as soon as you finish the activities.
