Course description and aims

In this course a student pursues a long-term project at companies located in Japan or outside of Japan. This course aims for cultivation of wide-view and rich communication abilities by conducting research and development activity using one's knowledge.

Student learning outcomes

1) Ability to conduct research with global awareness of the research and development trends.
2) Ability to communicate and conduct smooth research and development with sufficient mutual understanding.
3) Ability to solve the emerging issues and to propose creative ideas by use of the professional knowledge.

Class flow

Preparing a plan of work and/or writing a research proposal should be done before the internship begins. Reporting of internship activity is required either by document or by presentation after the internship is completed.
