Course description and aims

I Organic Chemistry II is the second course of a fundamental introduction to the science of organic chemistry.
II In Organic Chemistry II, the chemistry of carbon-based compounds, reactions of organic compounds, and structural analysis of organic systems will be discussed.

Student learning outcomes

The general outcome goals are that students will understand the classification, structure, nomenclature, reactions, reaction mechanisms, and synthesis of carbon compounds including carbonyl compounds, aromatic compounds, nitrogen containing compounds and so on.
