Course description and aims

This course aims to foster the students' basic knowledge and experience required to organize and host the international conferences.

Student learning outcomes

Students are required to form a committee group and organize an international meeting, prepare and carry out the meeting.

Class flow

Students prepare proposals for the meeting and ask the judge for eligibility.
If it is approved, the students are expected to organize the meeting.

Class 1 Students are required to organize themselves, i.e. sharing the tasks, choosing the speakers, making agenda, announce of the meeting via poster, email, managing the meeting, chairing the meeting. In principle, English will be used as a 1st common language. After the meeting, the students are required to report the outcomes and expenditure of the meeting.
