Course description and aims

B2D Research Basics allows the student to experience the following critical aspects of the research process, guiding them in developing their research theme:
1) Conducting a search of the literature, and becoming familiar with the field of research
2) Understanding principles of research ethics and safety
3) Learning basic research methods, and developing oral and written communication skills necessary to disseminate research findings

Student learning outcomes

B2D Research Basics will enable the student to:
1) Proactively develop specialized knowledge of the field, and identify research issues
2) Master basic principles of research ethics and safety
3) Acquire the basics of research, and develop oral and written communication skills necessary to disseminate research findings
