Course description and aims

To train global-minded talent in response to globalization, the School of Science provides the students with the international exchange program to interact with international students and researchers. In 2016 the international summer school will be held that deals with the frontier of mathematics.

Student learning outcomes

The aim of this course is to understand the situation of the frontier of sciences, and to acquire internationality to cope with the globalization.

Class flow

The participating students will take part in the summer school and attend lectures. They will also perform exercises and discuss topics related to the lectures with international students and make a presentation at the end.

Class 1 The students will attend lectures held during the summer school. They will also discuss topics related to the lectures and solve problems. They will finally make a presentation on the lectures in the end of the program. The students will be able to attend lectures held in English and discuss the topics with international students as well as presenting the conclusion in English.
