Course description and aims

It is important to improve social competence and occupational ability with own career vision to achieve the hoped career and to become a leader. In this class, outline and methodology of career planning are given by the human resourse person in a private company and also career cases in the major private companies in the field of electric machine, mechanical machine, energy and materials are given. Students try to make own career plan.

Motivation and change to improve abilities for achievement of hoped career with own career vision.
