Not only the students majoring natural sciences and engineering, but also all the persons were requested to understand the outlook of work rules for protecting themselves and work circumstances. In this class, under collaborating with RENGO, after reviewing the essence of "Introduction to Work Rules I," students will study basic work rules of Japan. This class doesn't request the applied knowledge of social sciences to credit and participate in.
1. Students are able to obtain a strong motivation to understand work rules. Similarly they can start to practice improving their own working situations each of the offices and labs.
2. Learning union's practices and work rules, students are able to obtain enhanced and experiential knowledge of work rules.
