Course description and aims

This course will offer a series of lectures given by guest speakers such as Deputy Directors from the Japanese government. In this course, students will learn key policy-making protocols in the fields of energy, electric power, foreign diplomacy, and education. Participants will also discover specific mission, goal-setting and trends of Japan that should underpin policy formulation. Students will also receive practical advice from lecturers on the strategies involved in formulating effective policy proposals, as well as, career perspectives in civil service and policy-implementing organizations.

Learn the descision process of policy in Japanese Government and also process of setting the target and solving.
