講義概要
世界的規模の様々な問題に直面している現代社会において、高度専門人材も深い専門性はもちろんのこと、自らの専門領域を超えて、社会の様々な関与者と対話・協働しながら、国内外の具体的な問題解決に資するプログラムやプロジェクトを率いることが求められます。本講義は、そういった将来のリーダーを目指し、対話力、論理的思考力、自己表現力、構想・企画力などを高めていきます。本講義は、対話の基礎的能力を身に着ける第1部、双方向コミュニケーションの基礎力を養う第2部、自身の成長のためのプロジェクトを自由に構想・企画する第3部の3つの内容で構成されます。
Modern human society faces a number of global threats. Because of this, highly specialized, academic individuals are required to lead global pioneering research and development (R&D) projects or programs, collaborating with a variety of stakeholders in various social fields, in order to solve specific social problems beyond their own academic specialties. This course aims to help students, as candidates for global leaders in the future, to acquire basic abilities to communicate with others, to think logically, to express themselves, to design project proposals, etc. This course comprises three parts: the first cultivates dialogical thinking; the second helps students to understand the importance of interactive communications; the third focuses on designing a creative concept and project proposal.
講義の目的
本講義では、特に対話力、論理的思考力、自己表現力、構想・企画力などを高めながら、将来のグローバルリーダーを目指し、今後の高度専門人材が持つべき心構え、主体的姿勢も身に着けていくことを目的としています。
This course is designed to provide students with opportunities to cultivate basic abilities to communicate with others, to think logically, to express themselves, to design a project proposal, etc. Through this course, students are expected to realize the importance of developing those abilities as academic highly specialized individuals, engaging in open-minded, self-motivated challenges beyond their own academic specialties for pursuing their career as global leaders in the future.
