講義概要
工業化社会から情報・知識社会への移行に伴い，急激な市場変化への迅速な対応及びコスト効率の高い組織構造が求められている。ここでは，その様な要求に応える組織構造について学習する。さらに，組織戦略としての組織構造改革・組織改革について学び，既存の組織構造から新型の組織構造へ移行する際の移行ツールとしてのICTの使用方法について習得させる。また，情報・知識社会におけるビジネス戦略ツールとしてのICTの役割についても習得させる。偶数年英語開講。
As the society shifting from the industrial society to the knowledge society, many organizations are facing the existing high-cost structure and inflexibility to respond to the drastic changes in their corresponding markets. In this class, a new organizational structure with high cost-performance and flexibility will be discussed. Particularly the use of information and communication technology for organizational innovation and organizational restructuring will be studied. Also the role of information technology as a strategic business tool will examined.
