技術経営戦略を構築する上での基礎として必要な理論や諸概念について最低限知っておくべき知識を習得することを目標とする。具体的にはイノベーションモデル,分野別のイノベーションの形態,技術競争力の蓄積,技術多角化戦略,技術ポートフォリオの管理,技術提携戦略,技術経営に関わるツールや研究開発のマネジメントについて論ずる。グループ作業,ディベート,小テスト,プレゼンテーション等を通じて習得させる。
This course aims to teach the basic concepts, tools and theories needed for strategic management of technology. The topics covered include, innovation models, sectoral models of innovation, technological competence building, technological diversification strategy, technology portfolio management, strategic alliances,management of research and development and globalization strategy. Students are assessed by class participation, group presentation, debate and several quiz.
