講義概要

This course aims to teach the basic concepts, tools and theories needed for strategic management of technology. The topics covered include, innovation models, sectorial models of innovation, technological competence building technological diversification strategy, technology portfolio management, strategic alliances and management of research and development. Students are assessed by class participation, individual presentations, group work, debate and end of term report.
