This course provides an introduction to speech signal processing, as well as recent advances in the theory and practice of spoken language processing. Topics include speech analysis, statistical modeling of speech, speech recognition, speech synthesis, speech coding, speech enhancement, language models, and the application of spoken language processing to human-computer interaction.
