Outline of lecture

This course provides basic knowledge on robot analysis and design including spatial manipulators and discusses advanced topics on robotics.

Purpose of lecture

To learn (1) basic knowledge necessary to design new spatial robot manipulators and (2) their recent applications

Plan of lecture

1.Kinematics and statics of spatial serial and parallel manipulators
2.Dynamics of robots
3.Applications: medical robotics, welfare robotics, etc.
