Objectives: By taking this course, students are expected to deepen their understanding of the major evaluation methods and their application in the evaluation of program, project, and social environment and the difference of evaluation system and culture between the countries. Participating students are expected to have a good command of English since the lectures, presentations and discussions are conducted in English.
Evaluation: class attendance, positive participation in the case study work and discussion (50%), presentation and report (50%) 出席及び討論への積極的な参加(50%)、発表・レポート(50%)
