講義概要

半導体接合,金属/半導体界面,固体電解質,発光材料などの化学構造・電子状態・物性について述べ,その応用としての各種電子デバイス,光触媒,太陽電池,蛍光体などの実用無機材料の基礎的な機能を,環境化学との接点を交えて解説する。

Chemical and electronic structures, and physical properties of semiconductor junction, metal/semiconductor junction, ionic conductors, and luminescent materials are lectured, and their practical applications to electronic devices, photocatalysts, solar cells, and phosphors are reviewed with relation to environmental chemistry.

講義の目的

This lecture aims to help understanding chemical and electronic structures and physical properties
of semiconductor junction, metal/semiconductor junction, ionic conductors, and luminescent
materials, and their practical applications.
