講義概要

Students will have practical work experience mainly on experimental design and statistical analysis, knowledge and skills which are indispensable for all the researches pertaining to the human system science. Furthermore, they will be requested at the final session to present their research results at the group level with the aim of developing through this course on survey and analysis of data, the ability for problem-solving with teamwork, communication and presentation capability.

No textbook is required. Handouts will be distributed at each session.

成績評価

The evaluation comprehensively reflects attendance checked at the beginning of each session, eagerness expressed by the progress reports and Q&A available through the office hours and the mailing list, quality of the final paper and performance of the presentation.
