講義概要
原子力システムの自然災害による過酷事故、核テロリズム、国家による核兵器の拡散保持は人類共通の重大な脅威である。本講義では、核セキュリティについて物理的防護等の措置を技術面及び制度面から解説、核不拡散について保障措置と核拡散抵抗性について科学・技術的にまた外交・制度的に解説、更に安全とセキュリティの融合性について論じ、3S全体を俯瞰的に捉える視野の修得を目的としている。
講義の目的
核セキュリティについて物理的防護等の措置を技術面及び制度面から解説、核不拡散について保障措置と核拡散抵抗性について科学・技術的にまた外交・制度的に解説、更に安全とセキュリティの融合性について論じ、3S全体を俯瞰的に捉える視野の修得を目的としている。
