In order to achieve 窶徭ustainability窶 in our society, we have maximized resources productivity (product generated per unit resources) in industrial activities and minimized material/energy load (wastes) to the environment. In addition, wastes have been reused and recycled properly, even if wastes are generated. This lecture provides several examples of such industrial processes and technologies as above which effectually utilize resources and wastes.
