Outline of lecture

This course provides how to create a successful startup through developing an innovative product.
Teaching will be based on the book "Disciplined Entrepreneurship: 24 Steps to a Successful Startup窶 and related articles.
The author of text, Bill Aulet is the main person that has been leading the development of entrepreneurship education across MIT.
The lecturer Dr Yuji Tou has a profound knowledge of the Entrepreneurship education.
He learned his 24 step at MIT and supported lecture of Prof. Aulet at Tokyo Tech last year.
There will be some group work.

Purpose of lecture

This lecture shows how innovation-driven entrepreneurship can be broken down into discreet behaviors and processes which can be taught to the intelligent, hardworking, people.
And the lecture introduces the 24 step approach to understand and implement proven framework that is both comprehensive and integrated.
Students will learn an integrated toolbox for first-time and repeat entrepreneurs so that they can build great enterprises based on new innovative products.
