The aim of this course is the understanding of physics of organic materials with nano-scale dimensions (such as carbon nanotubes and etc.) and their usage in bionanotechnology. First, overview of nanotechnology will be described. Then, engineering for the sensing and physics of low-dimensional materials will be presented. At the end of this course, the importance in engineering the interface between biomaterials and electrical materials will be discussed.
