講義概要
法律学のうち、破産法、民事再生法等の倒産処理法を学習することで、法律学と社会との関係について学習する。（隔年開講）
Studying the system and cases about the Japanese Bankruptcy Law and Civil Rehabilitation Law, we understand relationships between law and social and economic system. (every two years)
講義の目的
人および企業の経済的破綻を処理する法制度が、社会的、経済的にどのような役割をもっているのかについて、破産法、民事再生法等の法律を中心に学習する。
Individuals and entrepreneur would fail their business. Bankruptcy is the system to resolve complicated legal relationships between the bankrupt and others. This course is focusing on the Bankruptcy law and the Civil Rehabilitation Law.

関連科目・履修の条件等
文系科目『民法概論』を既習か、民法について同等の基礎的知識を有することが望ましい。
Basic civil law and contract law knowledge is required.
この科目は、平成18年度以降の入学生には文系科目、17年度以前の入学生には文系基礎科目の単位として認定されます。
成績評価
日常点(20%）学期末試験（80%)

日頃馴染みのない法律なので、企業の倒産などの報道記事を読むようにしてほしい。
注意！講義中のスマートホン、ＰＣは指定の課題を行う時間以外は使用できない（厳守）。
日常の課題として手書きのノートを提出してもらうことがあるので、ノートを持参頂きたい。
