Outline of lecture

INSIDE-OUTSIDE. We see ourselves as inhabiting a body and from inside our bodies we perceive the world outside. Is this an intellectual concept or the reality? And in which ways is it expressed in the three-dimensional Art? With a focus on contemporary sculpture and installation I will introduce European and American artists in the morning lectures with a host of visual materials. In the afternoons the students will experiment with diverse materials and technics, learning how to express themselves in three-dimensional objects and spaces. The artworks will be presented in a group exhibition.
